You can do one of three things:

1. Not pay and lose your pool membership permanently.
2. Pay the maintenance fee, but offer your membership up for a seasonal lease and collect your monies from a lessee.
3. Pay the maintenance fee, but sell your membership and collect your membership fee as well as your maintenance fee in the sale.

Please note: Options two and three DO require that you pay your fees up front in order to keep your account active.
